It's Kash. Obviously. So, you're probably somewhat confused as to the layout of this forum. I'll show you the basics without making an essay.
1. Above this thread, there is a "Click Here for Additional Guild Info" tab. That is clickable. Click on it, and it will bring up Guild information. In this accordion of information, a lot of the stuff is interactive. Scroll your mouse over the names of the staff members and you will get a picture.
2. This site is VERY incomplete. It might be difficult to move around.
Alright, so I know that the Profiles are somewhat confusing. Alas, though, I am here to help.

Yes. Under your main picture is a bunch of small details regarding, well, you. I'll show you what all of them mean and how to modify your pictures.
Avatar: This picture you can simply upload. It is the picture that shows up when you've posted in a forum. You know, that little icon beside the thread.
220x350 Avatar: This is your big picture that goes on the front of your No, you can't just upload a picture. Sorry about that.
In this box, you'll have to post a link to your picture. It seems difficult to you lazy people, but it's not that hard. Go to an image hosting site like Www.Photobucket.com. Sign up, upload your picture to the site, then copy the "Direct" link and post it in this box. Easy as hell. You might have to crop it though. That's also easy. In Photobucket, Click on the "Edit" button and click "Crop". Then, set the width and length to 220 by 350 and frame the picture. Now save it and copy the new direct link. Bam. Was that so hard?
Sexuality: This is simply your sexual orientation. It doesn't need to be disclosed if you're not willing.
Relationship Status: This is a given.
Application: This really isn't needed, but it's pretty much a Biography space. Hell, go crazy here.
Plotter: A Plotter/Shipping thread goes here. I honestly have no idea what this is, but I put it here anyways. Go fucking nuts.
Wanted Ad: If you, by chance, need some extra working hands, simply place it in here. I'll think of adding an advertising board here soon as well.
Occupation: Give me your job information. :l
Music: This is actually a neat feature I decided to keep. Simply place a direct link to an mp3 file (Like Kiwi6 or something. Youtube won't work, it has to be a direct link) and the player will play it.
Alias: This is also a given.
220x120 Image/Gif: This is that little image I have in my details, under that big picture? Yeh. Follow the steps from the 220x350 Avatar to get one of these in there.
