Instead of telling you what you're limited to do in the guild, Stal would rather tell you what you're not limited to.
This guild is run by you; a loyal guildie who uses this website and contributes to the guild's growth by participating in the guild chat and guild events.
But you want more events, so Stal reminds you that this guild is run by you. Stal will host some events when he can but he can't force you to participate. Therefore, Stal would rather motivate you to host your own guild events. Kupo has a thread under guild events where you can post your event ideas... or you can tell Stal that idea if you want him to host it.
You want to change or add some sort of rule to the guild. That's one thing this website is for. Post it, get support (and help support), and it's done.
You want something like... a guild castle and thus a paycheck. Stal can't force you to contribute a little gold for that castle, so it's up to you.
Stal will tell you one limitation you must follow, however. You are not to keep all your expectations from this guild in just the leader and officer (or any specific individual for that matter). You must first have expectations in yourself because you run this guild.
